How do I know a filing will not be late?
Validation runs against the ledger ahead of the deadline. If a record does not tie out, the alert arrives three days before the due date, not on the day.
Does the robot transmit, or only prepare?
It transmits and files the receipt. The decision to transmit can stay with a person if your governance requires it.
What happens when a filing layout changes?
The engineer who owns the robot updates the rule before the next period. Layout changes are routine, not incidents.
